When registering, please make sure that the composer(s) of the piece that will be performed is/are named.
Provincial/National Qualifier
Participants wishing to be considered for recommendation to Musical Theatre Provincial/National competition must enter one of the following classes. It is the responsibility of the competitor to read carefully ALL rules pertaining to the Musical Theatre Section (Class 800 of the National Music Festival Syllabus). See Page 13 & 14 of this Syllabus.

| Class:20070 - Senior - 18 & over Time Limit 20 Minutes Competitors will perform two selections from the following repertoire: - One selection must be a Musical Theatre Ballad - One Selection must be a Musical Theatre up Tempo One selection from Sondheim is recommended. Selections are not to include operetta/light opera (i.e., Romberg, Johann Strauss, Lehar, Offenbach, etc.) Movie musical and animated movie musical numbers are NOT permitted in this class. Combination of both selections must fit into the time limit. | Fee:$40.00 | Register |
| Class:20080 - Junior - 15-17 Time Limit 20 Minutes Competitors will perform two selections from the following repertoire: -One selection must be a Musical Theatre Ballad -One Selection must be a Musical Theatre up Tempo -One Selection from Sondheim is recommended.
